Baku – APA. 28 Turkish truck drivers have been taken captive in northern Iraq. APA reports quoting Turkish sources that the incident took place in the northern city of Mosul. A group of Turkish truck drivers who were carrying black oil to Mosul have been taken captive by terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS). Their whereabouts are still unknown.
The ISIS is operating in the territories of Iraq and Syria, fighting against governmental forces.
